Orders are typically packed and dispatched
within 1–3 working days (excluding
weekends and bank
holidays).
During particularly busy periods, dispatch
may take a little longer, but we’ll always do
our best to get your order on its way
as quickly as possible.

We currently ship throughout the United
Kingdom.
Tracked UK Delivery
£4.99 per order All orders are sent via Royal
Mail Tracked 48.
This is a flat shipping rate per order,
regardless of how many items you purchase.
Packaging
All items are carefully Wrapped and
securely packaged to help ensure they
arrive safely.
As many of our crystals are natural, one-of-a-
kind pieces — including delicate druzy
specimens, towers, carvings, and
jewellery — extra care is taken when
packing every order.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, Royal Mail Tracked 48
delivery typically aims for 2 working
days, although delivery times may
occasionally vary during busy postal periods.
Tracking details will be provided where
applicable.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is
entered correctly at checkout.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible
for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect
address details being provided.
Damaged Orders
We take great care when packaging your
order, however if your parcel arrives
damaged, please contact us within
48 hours of delivery with photos of both
the packaging and the item so we can
help resolve the issue.
